A useful starting point
Include your device model, iOS or Android version, Koda version, and what you were trying to do. Do not send passwords, invitation codes or private family records.
Keep a copy of your records
In Koda, open Preferences and choose Export a backup. Save it somewhere you can find again before uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
Training and health questions
Koda provides general training information and a place to keep observations. It does not diagnose health or behaviour conditions. For individual guidance, contact your veterinarian or a suitably qualified reward-based trainer.
Account and data requests
Use our account deletion instructions to request removal without needing the app installed.
